Romans 12.1-8 : Paul's move from doctrine into pastoral challenge - Christians are to reject the 'world' and live to God by the Spirit metamorphosising their minds. This leads to worshiping in Spirit and Truth (including rational worship which rejects ritualism just as the apostolic church did - "superstition does not bring you closer to God"). Each of us are gifted by God to build up the Body of Christ and this is central to why we gather together. We must remember in all of this that everything we have and do is only by the unmerited grace of God so that none can have pride.
